1. Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
- Booking Appointments:
Appointments can be made via phone, website, or DM in Instagram and FB. We encourage clients to book at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability. You need to wait for the confirmation email to confirm your schedule.
- Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life can get busy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will incur a 50% fee.
- Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, please contact us immediately. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the appointment, and a cancellation fee will apply.
- No-Shows:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the service. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
2. Service Guidelines
- Consultation:
All new clients will receive a brief consultation before their first treatment to assess their skin type and any allergies. Please inform us of any skin conditions, sensitivities, or medications you are currently using.
- Treatment Recommendations:
We tailor our services based on individual needs, but results may vary. If you have any concerns or experience discomfort during a facial treatment, please inform your Skin Therapist immediately.
- Products Used:
We mainly use Obagi, Osaine & BT-Therapeutics in all facial treatments, but also have other products to supplement the required treatment. If you have any allergies, please let us know in advance.
- Age Requirement:
Facial treatments are generally suitable for clients aged 18 years and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent before the treatment.
3. Payment & Fees
- Pricing:
All service prices are available on our Social Media Page, website and at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change, but we will inform clients of any adjustments prior to booking.
- Payment Methods:
We accept payments via Paypal, Major credit card, debit card, cash, eftpos, Apple Pay, ZipPay, AfterPay, Google Pay, Step Pay, Pay Id. Full payment is due at the time of service.
- Gratuity:
Gratuity is not included in the service price.
4. Health & Safety
- Covid-19 & Hygiene Measures:
We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment. Our team follows strict hygiene protocols, including sanitation of equipment and surfaces between treatments. Please reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell or exhibit symptoms of illness.
- Client Health Information:
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal health information, including any skin conditions or allergies, is confidential and used solely to tailor your treatments.
- Aftercare:
To maintain the best results, please follow the aftercare instructions provided by your Skin Therapist. We are available to answer any questions about your post-treatment care.
5. Refunds & Guarantees
- Refund Policy:
We strive for complete satisfaction, but once a service is completed, no refunds are offered. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 2 days, and we will work with you to address any concerns.
- Product Refunds:
For products purchased at our location or website, we offer 10-day returns or exchanges if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Postage costs are not covered for refund.
6. Privacy Policy
- Client Information:
We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent. All client information is stored securely and used only for appointment scheduling and customer service.
- Photography & Marketing:
We may take photos for marketing purposes, but only with your explicit consent. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment.
7. Conduct & Behavior
- Respectful Behavior:
We strive to create a relaxing environment for all clients. Disrespectful behavior, including inappropriate language or actions, may result in the termination of services and refusal of future appointments.
- Personal Belongings:
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items during your visit.
8. Loyalty & Promotions
- Loyalty Program:
We offer a loyalty program for returning clients. For every 9 visits, you will receive 1 Free facial treatment, based on your maximum treatment service record or a complimentary add-on service.
- Promotions & Discounts:
From time to time, we offer promotions and discounts. These offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. Please check our website or inquire during your visit for the latest offers.
9. Gift Ceritificate
- Gift Certificate is valid until 3 years from date of issue.
- It is not valid with any other offer or discount.
- Non-Refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for products or cash in part or full.
- Booking is required and gift certificate needs to be presented before your facial treatment.
- A minimum of 48 hrs notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Late cancellations or "No show" will result in certificates being redeemed in full.
- Valid for single transaction only and non-transferable
- No replacement for Lost or Stolen Gift certificate.
10. Changes to Policy
Skin Phase reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the most current policy will be available on our website or in our physical location.
